Instead of thinking of a tattoo as something coming from the other gods, it is now considered Unlike the more conservative generations, the younger generation of people no longer looked at a tattoo as a symbol of the anti-Christ, but rather, as a form of expressing themselves through the different tattoo designs on their bodies. What started the rise of the tattoo industry again was the younger generation who were beginning to see a different view on what a tattoo really stands for. There was, however, a resurgence in the tattoo industry when the people started to be liberated on their views. This caused a decline in the practice to tattooing in the earlier times.
Christianity opposed the idea of putting on tattoos on one's body because of the fact that it was a pagan practice. These people were part of their own tribes and the tattoos found on their bodies were associated with the rituals that they performed. Back in the early days, people who wore tattoos were practicing pagan activities. It can even create a negative impression on people.Sometimes they think a person is some sort of a rebel just because he or she is wearing a tattoo. A tattoo can sometimes create an impression on people.
